From fuzzy or rigid...
to firm & flexible boundaries
The Empath & HSP's Therapeutic Book Club
QUESTION FOR YOU...
Do you find boundaries confusing or become easily drained by certain interactions?
You may already know that you are an Empath or a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Or perhaps you are just in the beginning phase of realizing you are among the 20% of human beings who feel things very deeply.
The physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being require certain supports, in order for you to feel your best. In our busy world, it is difficult to find time to honor your need for introspection, replenishment, and clearing out the residue left over from interactions.
Does this sound like You?
✓ You struggle with overthinking and worrying.
Your perceptiveness and thoroughness makes it tricky to quiet down the conscious mind.
✓ You experience emotional flooding at times.
Often putting others first, having a big heart, and/or fuzzy boundaries can feel like a rollercoaster.
✓ Sensory overstimulation adds to stress and exhaustion.
Your highly responsive and finely tuned nervous system benefits from nurturing environments.
It's easy to feel overwhelmed.
You may have come from a family where those in parenting roles struggled with their own sensitivities, or perhaps they did not quite know how to support yours.
Your intuitive nature and emotional perceptiveness may have confused or alarmed others who had a more linear or concrete approach to the world.

Meet Cally
selfie from 2018 after reading this life changing book.
I am thrilled to launch my new program - the Therapeutic Book Club - and to initiate it with the book "Boundaries & Protection" by Pixie Lighthorse. As an empath and HSP, I am right there with you, figuring out how to protect myself in our chaotic yet magical world. As a clinical hypnotherapist and licensed occupational therapist, I have had the privilege of holding space for thousands of patients and clients over the past 15 years, while learning to remember to hold space for myself, as well. I hope you feel called to join me on this book club journey!
